The Education Club at PUC is a club that supports future teachers. This year’s club president is senior Abigail Mayan, who majors in liberal studies with an elementary teaching credential. As the one who runs the club, she keeps everyone informed and makes everything run smoothly. 

Who can join the club?

Anybody can technically join because anybody can end up being a teacher in some form or fashion.

What events does the club host throughout the year?

We are a club starting back up again, but our advisor has been hosting this event called “Food and Fellowship,” where we go to her house, eat, and fellowship together.

What is your favorite thing about the club? 

My favorite thing is the endless possibilities.

How can the PUC community support your club? 

Spread the word that the education club is a club because nobody really knows about us.

What else should people know about the Education Club? 

The education club is another community our students can join to feel supported and connected.
