A Holiday Message from President Trecartin

Dear PUC Family,

As we enter this joyful holiday season, I’m sending my heartfelt love and warmest wishes to each of you and your families. This is a time to rest, celebrate, and breathe deeply—an invitation to pause and remember all the ways God has been faithful to us this year, both individually and as a campus family.

The holidays remind me of the beauty of connection, kindness, and hope. Christ’s words in John 13:34-35—“As I have loved you, so you must love one another”—continue to guide us here at PUC. And I’m also reminded of Philippians 1:3: “I thank my God every time I remember you.” This verse resonates deeply because each of you makes this community what it is—strong, compassionate, and full of purpose.

I am genuinely grateful to be part of the amazing work happening on our campus. To our dedicated faculty and staff: thank you for pouring your hearts into everything you do. Your commitment, creativity, and care change lives every single day. You make PUC a place where students feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Students, thank you for trusting us with your stories, your dreams, and your journey. You bring joy, energy, and hope to our campus. Again and again this fall, I’ve felt God’s presence moving through our classrooms, worship spaces, and community moments. As we continue to follow His leading, I believe He will bless PUC—and each of us—far beyond our expectations.

May your holidays be filled with peace, laughter, and the warmth of God’s love. Wishing you and your loved ones a truly blessed Christmas season and a bright, hope-filled new year!
